Produced since 2000, Myrtaceae Chardonnay is barrel fermented, undergoes full malolactic fermentation and remains in French Oak for 10 months.

The style has rich fruit, nutty oak and is balanced with a fresh citric acidity structure.  The seasons create variations in the proportions of these elements but the elegance is consistent.
