Selwyns Fault Rosé
The 2016 Rosé is the fourth one to be made at Myrtaceae Winery. We use our Pinot Noir grapes, which are crushed and de-stemmed but only stay on the skins for less than 24 hours. The wine starts fermenting and then is in barrel for six months before bottling.
The Rosé is a dry style but very fruit driven with enticing aromas and a long palate. A perfect summer wine. Drink chilled.
The Rosé is fermented dry but retains the full berry aromas of the pinot fruit with a soft flavoursome palate and gentle acidity.
